Water Storage System
Unit Description:
Polyethylene, drinking water storage tank complete with liquid level controls. These controls allow the shut off the water treatment system when the tank is filled, and a restart when the tank is emptied sufficiently. Installed is 0.2 micron air-filters to minimize the possibility of air borne bacteria entering the storage tanks and contaminating the purified water.

Operation:
- The water flows into the storage system from the treatment system.
- High level float control will turn the treatment system off when the storage tank(s) are full.
- Prior to filling, the Ultra violet post treatment system is turned on to allow water to be circulated throughout the storage system.
- During filling operations, when the water level is lowered to approximately 2/3 full, the treatment system turns on.

Ozone Post Treatment OZ 5000
Description:
Designed to disinfect the water and keep it in top condition and to prevent bacterial contamination. The ozone generator produces ozone and bubbles it through the stainless steel contact tank. The ozone destroys any bacterial growth which may result from contamination during storage.

Operation:
- Filtered Water enters the ozone system
- Air is concentrated into 95% pure oxygen.
- Oxygen is converted into ozone.
- Ozone is injected into the water via a venturi injector
- Microscopic bubbles are then released into the water. The contact tank allows the bubbles adequate contact time with the water.
- Water is pumped from contact tank to the filler.

Bottle Filler 6000 - Semi Automated
Description: The Premier Bottle Fillers are constructed with 304 and 316 Grade Polished Stainless Steel and utilize only the highest quality components. The table has four filling nozzles with remote sensing switches for automatic shut-off and accurate fill control. The Premier Bottle Fillers are designed to be flexible, and can be adjusted to fill bottles from 3 to 6 gallons (US) (22 liters).

Operation:
- Operator rolls bottles into place.
- Operator pushes start button and filling begins.
- Capacitive sensors stop each individual fill head as bottles reach the predetermined level.
- Operator pushes button to release bottle stop and pushes bottles under the cap chute.
- Cap chute applies cap bottle and roller presses the cap securely onto the bottle. The bottles roll down the conveyor.

Turnkey Fully Automated System

A versatile integrated small bottle filling line which can be configured into virtually any layout requirement through modification of conveyers. The capacity of this line is between 12 to 18 x 500 ml bottles per minute. Line consists of:
- Empty-bottle unscrambler,
- Rinser. (Without Compressor)
- 4-head filler,
- Automatic in-line capper
- Chain Conveyor Automatic
- Labeler with Stand.
- Hot-stamp Coder

All systems are designed to operate together. All stainless steel construction. The lead time on this system is typically 6 to 8 weeks but this may vary according to the production schedule.
Item 1: Stainless Steel Rotary Unscrambler:
This is a 45” stainless steel rotary unscrambler with an adjustable sweep arm that unscrambles bottles so they automatically feed single file on to the filling conveyer.
The turntable is fuse and surge protected. The turntable has been designed for quiet operation and glides on four rubber wheels with self-lubricating bearings. The turntable can be height adjusted for heights between 35 and 40 inches. Item 2:
Item 2: Automatic Ionized Air/Vacuum Bottle Rinser:
This unit is used to clean glass and plastic containers that may have dust or other contaminates that have settled during shipment from the container supplier. The rinser is usually used in beverage filling applications as well as most food and pharmaceutical operations.
Constructed of stainless steel and SS shrouded aluminum components for wash down capability. Filler frame is fully enclosed with stainless steel panels and gasket access door. LCD control panel with PLC stores up to 50 filling cycle setup parameters for recall. Automatic conveyor mounted bottle indexing gates to control container movement. No tools required nozzle mounts and bottle indexing gates. Electric bottle height adjustment. Batch bottle counter records number of filling cycles completed. No bottle/No Fill (suspend operation) Downstream Backup/No Fill (suspend operation).
Item 3: Total® Brand Automatic Filler:
A multi-stage filler with a programmable 2-stage filling cycle. Expandable at low cost. LCD control panel with a powerful PLC which can store up to 20 filling cycle set-ups.

Item 4: Automatic Inline Capping Machine and Elevated Bulk Cap Sorter

- Fully automatic inline capper applies and torques caps on to containers. The unit is complete with adjustable cap chute.
- Patented cap tightening system of rotating belts. This allows for the fastest changeover in the industry.
- Mounts over existing conveyer system and includes leveling pads and caster.
- Stainless steel frame with power-bottle height adjustment. Pneumatic cap torque control for consistent torque and reduction of scuffed caps.
- Nests with an elevated 5 cubic foot stainless-steel cap-sorter. Automatically orients the caps. This cap sorter is for caps that are flat caps where the diameter is grater than the height. Sports caps will require a different sorter model.
Item 5: Chain Conveyor.
Fifteen foot long conveyor with 4½’ wide chain conveyor built on a rugged 304 stainless steel frame. It comes complete with all supporting rails and transition pieces.
Item 6: Automatic Stepper Drive Labeler with Adjustable Stand.

Automatic labeler with start and stop delays that operate a variable speeds depending on container and label length. Will accept labels up to 6 inches wide and 15 inches long. Built on heavy duty “T” stand with cam and rotation adjustments with casters and leveling foot pads.
Item 7: Hot Stamp Coder.
Allows for hot-stamping production date, expiration date and other information as they are applied to the labeler.
Item 8: Stainless Steel Accumulator Table.
This accumulator table collects and accumulates the bottles from the conveyor.
This rotary accumulator table is 45 inches in diameter and powered by a sealed, surge protected variable speed DC motor. Turntable glides on four rubber wheels with self lubricating bearings for quiet operation and increased durability. Foot pads are designed to be vibration resistant. Turntable height is adjustable from between 35 and 40 inches.
AUTOMATIC SHRINK WRAPPER

Shrink Wrap System
This unit sorts the bottles into the proper number and orientation per package. The bottles are enclosed with shrink-wrap material and then the material shrinks around the bottle packs. This unit minimizes costs by not using a box or a cardboard tray.
